Description: Database of literature from Hong Kong, containing some 200,000 texts. The database is searchable for author, title, abstract, and keywords. Full text search is also available for literature that appeared in the journals Zhongguo xuesheng zhoubao 中國學生周報, Xianggang wenxue 香港文學, and Shifeng 詩風. Other sources for the database include monograph and periodical holdings of the library of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, University thesises, as well as literature columns from newspapers.

Centre of Research and Promotion of Women's Health = 婦女健康促進及研究中心
Citation: The Centre of Research and Promotion of Women's Health (CRPWH), under the School of Public Health of Chinese University of Hong Kong, was established in 2001. It aims at improving women's health throughout their whole lifespan by conducting various research programmes of local relevance. Moreover, the center offers a wide range of evidence based health assessments and nutritional counseling services for women with the aim that they can have a better understanding of their own health, and can adopt earlier preventive measures and early treatments. This centre also liaises with different communities and organizations to provide health talks and some basic health examinations. The Resource Centre of CRPWH has also acquired a variety of books related to women's health and serves as a resource reference for both health professionals and the public. This center has also published books, such as "Facts about cholesterol" so as to enhance the health knowledge of the general public.

HKIUG Unicode Project
Citation: The HKIUG Unicode Task Force was officially established by the HKIUG Standing Committee in February 2005 to maintain the CJK/Unicode resources produced by the HKIUG Unicode Project in 2003. It is also responsible for developing new resources such as the TSVCC tables; facilitating the searching, display and retrieval of CJK records in library catalogs; and assisting member libraries in migrating from EACC-based character encoding to Unicode.
